The Healing Herb Remedy
The health benefits of Healing Herb Cayenne Pepper
(Capsicum) are almost too long to list here. This wonderful herb has has
been attributed to everything from preventing cancer, to easing digestive problems, treating frostbite, to
arthitic pain. But its most notable benefit with concern to our subject matter here, is to the cardiovascular
system and the arteries. It cleans the arteries and veins and helps to Lower Blood Pressure by ridding the
body of bad LDL Cholesteral.
Although High Blood Pressure is more often than not brought on by lifestyle choices and bad
diet, there are times when it can afflict a person for no apparent reason at all. For generically treating the
condition without addressing a specific cause, one of the most affective is the Herb
Remedy known as Cayenne Pepper.
Our bodies are amazing physical biological machines, and we have been placed
in an environment that contains all of the necessary ingredients to make our lives function as smoothly as
possible. We are also gifted with the most amazing tool in existence; the human mind, to discover and make use
of all of the natural elements around us.
Cayenne Pepper has also been found to be an effective agent in reducing the risk of cancer and
has been the subject of numerous clinical studies including the American Association of Cancer Research. The
active ingredient in Cayenne is called Capsaicin, and it is what makes the pepper hot to the taste.
It is the secondary metabolite in Cayenne and has been credited with killing prostate cancer cells in males. It is
also used externally in ointments and creams as a pain reliever for conditions such as arthritis.
The impact that Cayenne and Capsaicin have had on the human body is nothing short of amazing,
and is undisputedly classified as a “Healing Herb.” In addition to its cancer prevention benefits, it is
particularly effective at assisting blood flow and maintaining the circulatory system and has been even said to
immediately stop a heart attack.
For the best results, Cayenne should be taken in raw form. Cooking it into your food is
great for a spicy seasoning, but it destroys its health benefits. Simply add a small amount (about 1/4 teaspoon)
to an 8 ounce glass of water and drink it. Do this 2-3 times a day and then gradually increase the
amount to 1/2, and then even a whole teaspoon. If you don’t like the spicy taste or have a sensitive
digestive system, you can get cayenne in a capsule form from your local health food store. Continue the
treatment every day and make it a part of your daily routine to keep your High Blood Pressure in check. Make
sure that you consume plenty of water to prevent the Cayenne from being eliminated from the body in the
stool.
No other Herb Remedy is as widely accepted and proven effective as Cayenne
Pepper. If you suffer from Hypertension or Heart Disease, you simply cannot afford to live without this
wonderful life saving ingredient.
