To use this monitor
avoid doing any physical activity beforehand which could
raise your blood pressure. Also, do not consume any food, alcohol, or tobacco products for at least
half an hour before taking a reading.
For the best results, place the monitor on a table and have a seat. Place the cuff on your arm just
above the elbow. On the cuff you will notice a green marker. This is to be positioned directly over
the artery on the inside of the arm just above the crook of the elbow. Keep your arm at
approximately the same level as your heart while resting it on the table.
All that remains to be done is to press the start button and wait for the results. Just make sure that you have been relaxed for at least 15 minutes before beginning your measurement.
